-Biological studies: Acupuncture can encourage the production of the hormone melatonin and also achieve an relaxing effect on muscles.

6) Claim
Acupuncture can improve the individual’s mental state
Almost all users have experienced a clear slate of mind and a period of increased productivity after use.
May be simply a placebo effect.
